Raynor Garage Doors (“Seller”) warrants to the first end-user purchaser of this product, for the location at which this product is originally installed, that it is free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for a specific period of time or operator cycle count as applicable and as defined below (the “Warranty Period”). The warranty period commences from the date of product installation.

* Cycle count measurement will commence at the start of the warranty period; however, cycle counts will not be used to determine warranty eligibility until conclusion of the first two (2) years of limited warranty period.
Where the limited warranty periods above indicate that the warranty period is measured by both passage of time and quantity of operator cycles both parameters will be considered at the time of warranty claim and, if one parameter is not met, the limited warranty will not apply. Where an accurate operator cycle count is unavailable due to, without limitation, replacement of a part critical to determining an accurate cycle count, the limited warranty period shall expire at the conclusion of the first two (2) years from the date of product installation. The proper operation of this product is dependent on your compliance with the instructions regarding installation, operation, and maintenance and testing of this product and associated door hardware. Failure to comply strictly with those instructions will void this limited warranty in its entirety.
If, during the limited warranty period, this product appears to contain a defect covered by this limited warranty, call 1-888-4-Raynor (1-888-472-9667), toll free, before dismantling this product. You will be advised of disassembly and shipping instructions when you call. Then send the product or component, pre-paid and insured, as directed to our service center for warranty repair. Please include a brief description of the problem and a dated proof-of-purchase receipt with any product returned for warranty repair. Products returned to Seller for warranty repair, which upon receipt by Seller are confirmed to be defective and covered by this limited warranty, will be repaired or replaced (at Seller’s sole option) at no cost to you and returned pre-paid. Defective original manufactured parts will be repaired or replaced with new or factory-rebuilt parts at Seller’s sole option. For clarity, this limited warranty is not valid for replacement or repair of any part that is not the original manufactured part. You are responsible for any costs incurred in removing and/or reinstalling the product or any component.
